Trust the process.
After meningococcal turned Jacob's world upside down, rehab became his lifeline. This infection can inflame the brain and spinal cord, affecting movement, thinking, and even speech.
The journey is long, but with the right medical and allied health support, independence is possible. Jacob teaches us that every step counts - stay patient, stay committed!
We are grateful and proud to work alongside an incredible team of allied health professionals and community providers, all united in supporting Jacob to progress towards independence. Collaboration makes great outcomes possible and we love being part of that journey.
