Crystals are powerful tools that can be used to promote healing, protection, and other positive energies. However, over time, crystals can become saturated with negative energy. This can happen from exposure to people, places, or things that have low vibrations.

To cleanse your crystals, you can use a variety of methods, including:

Smudging with sage or palo santo. This method uses the smoke from the herbs to clear away negative energy.

Placing outside when there is a full moon where the crystals will receive the full moon light

One of my favourites is singing bowls around the crystals to receive the sound vibration

Please remember to give your crystals an intention (talking to your crystal and asking it to do a particular thing ie: rose quartz Self Love, Love for others) once they are cleansed.

What to expect in a crystal healing session?

I love to use crystal gridding on the body during healing sessions.
Crystal gridding is a practice in which crystals or gemstones are arranged in a specific pattern or layout with the intention of creating a specific energy field or frequency. This can be done for a variety of purposes, such as healing, manifesting, or protection.

The grid may be constructed using a variety of shapes and patterns, including circles, squares, triangles, and other geometric shapes. The crystals used in the grid are carefully chosen based on their properties and their ability to work together to achieve the desired outcome.

To create a crystal grid, the crystals are first cleansed and programmed with intention, and then placed in the chosen pattern or layout. The crystals are then activated or "charged" with energy, often through visualization or intention-setting practices.

Once the grid is set up, it is believed to create a powerful energy field that can help to amplify intentions and promote healing or other desired outcomes. Some people also use crystal grids as a tool for meditation or spiritual practice, using the patterns and energy of the crystals to enhance their practice.

What is Crystal Healing - Crystal healing is a holistic, non-invasive, vibrational energy-based system of healing. The technique uses crystals either on and/or around the physical body. Crystals absorb, focus, direct, shift and balance energy as they interact with the electromagnetic forces and subtle vibrations within the subtle human energy field. Healing means bringing mind, body, spirit and environment back into harmony, restoring the body’s natural rhythm and equilibrium. The main influence for healing is the chakra philosophy of disease caused by energy imbalances.
