From Tuesday, 3 March 2026, all 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 appointments that are not declined or rescheduled before the appointment date will be considered a confirmed appointment.

We are making this change to:
☑️ Improve the quality of our therapy delivery and maximise your services.
☑️ Provide more consistency for customers and therapists.
☑️ Make better use of appointment times so we can support more customers.

Our customers will continue to receive SMS reminders 7 days and 24 hours before your appointment (based on your message preferences). You can still cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment, in line with Therapy Focus’ current cancellation policy.

We encourage our customers, families and service providers to share their views as part of the consultation process for the upcoming 2025–26 NDIS Annual Pricing Review.

Your feedback will help ensure that NDIS prices reflect the full range of supports and needs across our community.

The review covers five key support areas:

Expressions of interest are sought from people with lived experience of disability, as well as carers and advocates who are passionate about inclusion and ready to help shape WA’s disability future as part of the Ministerial Advisory Council on Disability (Council).

Established under the Disability Services Act 1993, the Council provides independent advice to the Minister on issues affecting people with disability, their families and carers and plays a key role in ensuring the voices of people with disability are heard and included in government decision-making. It advises on ways to improve inclusion, accessibility and participation for people with disability, and supports the delivery of the WA Government’s ‘A Western Australia for Everyone: State Disability Strategy 2020-2030’. Members are paid for their participation.
