The 15 hectare site is WA’s largest all-in-one retirement and aged care campus, including SwanCare at Home and services such as cafes, hairdressers, doctors, grocery store, and a leisure precinct with gym, pool, bowling green, and more. SwanCare also operates Australind Rise, a boutique retirement village situated by the Leschenault Inlet, only 1.5 hours south of Perth. The tight knit community enjoys social catch ups and quiet leisure facilities. SwanCare offers an engaging community and endeavours to enrich the lives of their residents. Throwback to Harmony Week at SwanCare 🌏

From parades to cultural feasts, our community came together to celebrate what makes us unique. Staff and residents welcomed the opportunity to share their cultures, with many donning traditional dress and delighting residents with a show and tell from countries such as China, India, the Philippines, Nepal, Indonesia, Bhutan and Colombia.

With a delicious variety of cultures to sample, including some good Aussie classics, even our Support Office morning tea was a reminder that connection, respect and belonging sit at the heart of the SwanCare community. 💛

Who loves Easter? We do!‍👩‍🦳👨‍🦳

We’re wrapping up our wonderful Easter celebrations that spread joy not only across the village but throughout all of our residential aged care centres. EB himself made special appearances, bringing plenty of smiles and chocolate cheer for everyone to enjoy.

It was a beautiful reminder of childhood magic, shared memories and the strong sense of community that fills our halls 🐣🌷

It may be the 1st of April, but the residents of SwanCare Bentley Park are no fools!

Our community continues to stay smart, savvy and secure, with many regularly attending our Cyber Security sessions.

In our latest workshop, Shannon from CS-8 and her team guided residents through setting up MFA (multi factor authentication), one of the simplest and most powerful ways to keep personal information safe online.

🤝 Happy Neighbours Day, Australia!

At SwanCare, our retirement villages are so much more than just neighbourhoods, they’re communities built on connection, kindness and genuine belonging.

Recently, our Bollig Gardens residents welcomed a new neighbour with a warm morning tea in their communal garden. A simple gesture, but one that speaks volumes. It’s these everyday acts of care and inclusion that create the strong, supportive communities we’re so proud of.

Today may be Neighbours Day, but at SwanCare, every day is Neighbours Day.

🌏 Earth Hour 2026 - Give an Hour for Earth 🌏

As our state navigates the current adverse weather conditions, Earth Hour is a timely reminder of how closely we’re connected to our environment and to each other.

Tonight at 8:30pm, join us by switching off all non essential lights for one hour.

It’s a simple act that helps reduce energy consumption and gives us space to reflect on the importance of protecting our planet.

We were thrilled to welcome the (WASO) back to SwanCare Bentley Park as part of their Music for the Ages community program, a beautiful initiative bringing live music to older adults who can’t attend concerts themselves. 🎶✨

As always, WASO drew a full and eager crowd. Their heartfelt performance had our residents swaying, humming along and soaking up every moment.

A huge thank you to the incredible musicians and the team at WASO for once again filling our residential care centres with joy, connection and the magic of music. 💛

A huge congratulations to our February Feathers winner, Safirah Ismail, Social Engagement Assistant at SwanCare Ningana.

Compassion sits at the core of who we are at SwanCare, and Safirah’s nomination is a beautiful reflection of this value in action.

Safirah demonstrated extraordinary care and empathy while supporting a resident receiving end‑of‑life care. Her kindness, presence, and dedication provided immense comfort to both the resident and his family during an incredibly important time.
