Hello all,

I am planning new classes from early Feb in studio, Berkeley Vale.

✨ Japaense yoga
A general seasonal and corrective class. All levels including begginers welcome.

✨ Sound bath meditation & stretch
Using crystal sound bowls and a variety of instruments this is a beautiful opportunity to tune in. Relax. Connect.
