As someone who has grappled with the hidden toll of stress on my mind and body, despite seemingly low stress levels in my life, I've come to recognise the profound impact of prioritising physical health for mental well-being.

Having thrived in a fast-paced environment with numerous responsibilities, I now understand the cost it exacted on both my body and mind. Over the past year, I've committed to slowing down, anchoring myself to one task at a time, and incorporating short sessions of meditation and yoga into my routine.

Though the internal struggle persists, dedicating just 5 to 30 minutes daily to these practices has brought about remarkable changes, making me realise that the consequences of the rat race aren't worth sacrificing my overall health and happiness

Well today was bitter sweet. I want to thank everyone who I have had the privilege to train and has supported my little business. I live and breathe what I do and my members are the absolute heart of my passion. πŸ’—

Watching transformations before my eyes for many of you has been incredible and I know this has been a game changer in the way you live your life.

From 8 week challenges, merchandise, beach sessions, nature walks, super hero dress up outdoor training, 2 x covid closures, zoom sessions, relocation due to centre damage we have experienced it all and we would not have made it through without the incredible community of amazing people we have built.

Today was our last group session as I have chosen to redirect my love for health and fitness and focus my energy on nutrition and personal training. The two go hand in hand and I can’t wait to build another level to my brand and what it stands for.

2024 will bring online, face to face, outdoor and gym personal training and nutrition for anyone looking to take control of their health, fitness and wellbeing.
