Vietnam a journey my soul didn’t know it needed ✨

I’ve just experienced the most beautiful few days in Vietnam, and my heart feels so full reflecting on it all.

This trip wasn’t just travel… it was wellness, connection, and deep soul nourishment. Walking through sacred temples, feeling the stillness, the energy, and the history reminded me how important it is to slow down and reconnect with ourselves and with something greater than us.

What touched me most was the sense of community. The kindness of the people, the simplicity of life, and the way joy exists even without excess. It was a powerful reminder that true wellness isn’t found in more it’s found in presence, gratitude, and connection.

I feel incredibly grateful to have been given this opportunity an all-expenses-paid experience that allowed me to learn, grow, and expand both personally and professionally. Moments like this don’t just change how you see the world… they change how you see yourself.

I’m coming home inspired, grounded, and even more passionate about helping others reconnect to their own healing, wellbeing, and inner peace.

A rare planetary alignment also called a planetary parade where Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune will appear lined up across our evening sky.

From here in Australia, you’ll be able to see it just after sunset if you look toward the western horizon.

The brighter ones like Venus, Jupiter, Saturn and Mercury will be visible to the naked eye.
For Uranus and Neptune, you’ll need binoculars or a telescope.
