What’s unfolding here feels bigger than a class. It’s a living, breathing community.

Hello Berry Springs & surrounding community.

It’s been a busy few months ending 25 and moving into 26.
With work changes, end of year festivities and changes in weather, I have become a little quieter on these platforms.

However I am here to let you all know that Yoga is still happening each Sunday of the month (apart from the last Sunday)
After conversations had during cuppas with our little yoga group, I have made a few changes to our yoga rhythm.
I’m excited to see our new programs develop and grow over the next year & see where our journey takes us as a group.

If you’re interested in joining our yoga sessions the details are below.

✨ A little life update ✨

I have recently stepped into a new full-time role with different hours, and while I find my feet and settle into this new chapter, we’ll be slowing things down a little together.

For the moment I will only be offering one class a week.
🌞 Each Sunday 9:00am-10:00am 🌞 (expect the last Sunday of the month)
This will be a Slow Flow class.
I am sad to put our Yin Yoga class and Friday slow flow on hold, however they will be back in time x
Thank you to Remote Territory Health Care for the space on Friday’s & I hope to be back soon 🙏

I want to thank each of you for the love, support, and understanding you’ve shared throughout this year. This community truly fills my heart with every mat rolled out, every shared smile, every deep breath taken together.

I’m so excited for what’s ahead, and I remain deeply passionate about continuing our yoga journey in our beautiful rural community.

🪷 We will be welcoming the month of October with a Grounding Yin Yoga session at the Berry Springs Volunteer Bushfire Brigade.
🌅 Followed by Friday afternoons new time 5:00pm at the Remote Territory Health Care Clinic, a perfect start to the weekend on your way home from work.
☀️ Sunday mornings we will meet for our Slow Flow class at the Brigade again.

🤍 All welcome to join, beginner friendly.
🙌 Some spare equipment available, just ask.
💓 Non discriminatory space, meaning all genders, faiths and persons are welcomed.
🌿 Air conditioned rooms to retreat from the heat.
💰 $15 per class, your first class is free to attend.
