Travelling up and down the beautiful NSW South Coast bringing you Yoga Classes, and now with a beautiful Shala in Berry

Roaming Yogis offer weekly Yoga classes on the beautiful South Coast of NSW, in Berry, Callala Bay, Culburra and Nowra. Classes are offered in the styles of Ashatnga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow. There are classes for beginners through to the more experienced Yogis. Our classes aim to challenge, inspire, restore and revitalise in a safe, friendly and non-competitive environment. Roaming Yogis also offer Workshops, training and Retreats for you to dive deeper into your practice.

Closing out 2025 with a grateful heart 🤍
This year marked 20 years of teaching yoga —

I marked the milestone the best way I know how:
gathering in Goa, India, where it all began,
sharing a cup-filling, heart-expanding retreat
woven with breath, movement, remembrance and return.

I still pinch myself that you show up —
week after week, year after year, decade after decade — to move and be moved.

I feel deeply lucky to walk this path of learning and unlearning, again and again finding my way back to the heart.

Thank you for being part of this journey.
I can’t wait to share more yoga with you in 2026 ✨

Savoring the quiet pause of this last summer holiday before Sol steps into high school. ❤️❤️❤️
It feels so important to linger here a little longer.

Trying to hold onto the spaciousness of retreat as I wash the red dust of my clothes and notifications flood back in. So much to reflect on after leading another magical retreat in Goa. Twenty years since and I first met here — and little did my 25-year-old self know I’d keep returning to this cosmic playground. What a beautiful way to celebrate this milestone.

This year we were blessed with a truly fabulous group, with souls joining us from all over the world: Australia, Dubai, Scotland, England, France, Iran, the US, Bahrain, the Czech Republic, Canada , and India. Who all showed up with such willingness and openness. Thank you 🙏

We spent full days and nights immersing ourselves in practices of quiet contemplation and reflection — letting the noise fall away so we could hear what truly matters.

something very real happens when we move and breathe together in this way.
We drop into a shared mental space.
We co-regulate each other’s nervous systems.

The weight we’ve been holding — as individuals and as a collective — slowly softens.
And from that softening emerges a gentle clarity:
we remember that we are allowed to move at a different rhythm than the world’s urgency.
