True Colours - Animal Assisted Therapy

True Colours - Animal Assisted Therapy "So don't be afraid to let them show
Your true colours
True colours are beautiful,
Like a rainbow" - TC-AAT is a Registered Provider with the NDIS.

Animal Assisted Therapy sessions offer participants opportunities to develop skills in awareness, empathy, assertiveness and leadership. The True Colours program uses animals (mostly horses) to offer a ‘safe challenge’ for people to be in relationship and to explore feelings, behaviours and patterns in a safe but challenging new way.
