Hello, little update 🙌
The clinic, after 12 years has had a little zhoosh up! I have wanted to make the space have more duality and thanks to Justine Janssen it has come to fruition ❤️ now the little clinic can hold space for more!!
Penny is offering

And now Justine is offering

🔸️Breathwork
We will slowly add more offerings.
Currently booking in for massage is the same. Art workshops are posted on Berry community fb, Humanitix and on my instagram page Penny Craig (pennycraig_art)
Breathwork is Wednesday evenings, bookings are essential, (last minute bookings will be available), and reiki is via the above link, through The Remedy
Most people haven't even noticed the change!! So, its the same gorgeous space, but with magical transformation skills!! One of the photos show of the clinic is in its transformed state, awaiting a breathwork session!

Massage has been a constant soul mate. 🙏❤️
Today, the new client asked me how long have you been here, in the building, 12 years in this building! I started my Diploma in 2008 and started massaging for Hieke at Bodyworks in berry, upstairs in the wilson building. From 2010, I worked a t home in Shoalhaven Heads & Berry. In 2013 I found the little room where I currently work (i also have a room in Nowra.) I feel a soul connection with massage and have a deep love and passion after 16 years. I'm blessed with the most amazing clients. How grateful I am x

I often get asked what I do for massage, so here it is. Other than getting regular massage, it's actually what we do on the other days that can count more. Above, you can see a spikey ball and a massage pillow. These two trusted friends keep me in the best possible shape in between my massages.
I don't let issues become a problem.
A massage once a month is great, but what's even better is if you also self manage your issues at home. And drink more water!!!
