Mums & Bubs Yoga Mums and Bubs Yoga is a fantastic way to get fit post-partum, connect with your baby and meet other parents in your area.

Yoga for Mums & Bubs
Supportive yoga class focusing on playfulness and connection with your baby, regaining strength and mobility and meeting other Mums in your area Classes are run by Gloria, a passionate yoga teacher and mum of two girls, who has been teaching pre and post-natal classes for over 10 years. Classes will focus on
•Appropriate pelvic floor and core exercises
•Stretching and releasing tension in the body
•Regaining strength and mobility
•Fun and connection with your baby
•Meditation skills to keep focused and still - calm mum = calm baby
