Hiriketiya is a tiny little spot we are here surfing it’s spectacular point break.

A huge electrical storm early this morning kept the crowd away, we had it all to ourselves for a stellar half hour.

So far we’ve seen a big sea turtle, some monkeys and the friendly local dogs that are such free spirits, the bats fly over at sunset, four local cows walk through town unescorted around 3pm each day and this morning two giant goannas which thankfully were more interested in getting out of the way.

The food is delicious beyond words, and the locals…… incredibly friendly and peaceful.

As this drum was being crafted I was experiencing the medicine of Hummingbird without realising that was what my hands were busy creating.

As a thought arose and started down a negative or judgy route, a beautiful presence came from within me and redirected it towards Heaven. Over and over for hours I stayed in this gentle process of mental refinement.

This medicine is about drinking ONLY from the sweet waters and nectars. That way we are always at one with the Divinity, and all we do is of the highest assistance for others.
