Another day, another celebration

🌟Today we celebrated Vicki attending her 1000th class with us over the past 3-4 years.

Vicki has a close relationship w her yoga practise and has been practising for a number of decades. She is a pure example of our community - kind, helpful, supportive. Vicki often welcomes new students to the studio as an honorary staff member 😂 and cares deeply for us staff as well as her students/ peers, who have become her family (her words). We always say “everyone needs a Vicki in their world” …and boy would this world be a better place for it.

We love you, Vic. Thank you for choosing us as your place to roll your mat out (almost) daily.

BEGINNER YOGA COURSE - Weekend Immersion (9hrs)

✨ NEW TEACHER ALERT ✨

We are absolutely thrilled to announce the newest addition to our teaching group, here at

Everyone meet Mel. Mel, meet everyone!

Mel is a local to the Berwick area, a current student of ours and has been teaching for over a decade in the local area.

Mel is a vibrant, dedicated yoga teacher who offers compassion in supporting others on their mat and their journey towards wellness. She brings a strong practise of her own and shares that strength and dedication with her students. …And she has a heart of gold you will feel every time you are guided by her.

For now, Mel will commence on Thursdays at 5.15pm Slow Flow, will find her on covers throughout the weeks and you will continue to see her practising next to you often as well.

Please help me welcome Mel to the Base Yoga teaching team …and please say hi next time you see her in studio.

Mel, it’s a pleasure having you as part of our teaching team and we are all excited to be guided by you for a long time to come.
