I’m offering 1-on-1 Reformer Pilates sessions designed especially for complete beginners.
What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates uses a specialised machine with springs and straps to support your body while you build strength, stability, mobility and confidence.
It’s low-impact, joint-friendly, and fully adaptable to your body and ability.
Why 1-on-1?
• Learn the basics at your own pace
• Individual guidance and corrections
• Build confidence before joining group classes
• Perfect if you’re new, returning after injury, or feeling unsure
