Behind our behavior, our attitude- there is a space to conquer that we do not want to see, that we do not want to attend to, that we have stored so much suffering in and that we grasp as our shield. We are unable to let go of it...to open ourselves to love.

We are still waiting to find someone in our life to take care of that suffering.
Lovers wait for their better half, spiritual ones for their teacher or therapist and anti-systems wait for politicians to change- there is always that hope placed outside of us.
At some point in our existence there is that call to meet ourselves, to take charge of our suffering created by conditioning, beliefs, traumas and the feeling of abandonment.

I invite you to live in HONESTY, ACCEPTANCE AND TRUST, so that you can find PEACE. 💫💜

I knew I was healing when:

I started responding rather than reacting
I enjoyed time alone
I saw my parents as people with their own unresolved trauma
I set boundaries and when people didn’t respect them, I knew they were clearing space for those who did
I was ok with being misunderstood💜😊🙏

Remember this......

While your love maybe unconditional, your time and space have conditions.

Not matter how much you love someone, their presence in your time and space
May bring out the worst in you.

Don't count on them to change

Your job is to take the best care of you
possible. That means being able to say no and set boundaries.💜

Puesto que reconozco la naturaleza compartida de mis pensamientos, estoy decidido a ver.
Quiero ver los testigos que me muestran que el pensamiento del mundo ha cambiado.
Quiero contemplar la prueba de que lo que ha sido hecho a traves de mi ha permitido que:
El amor reemplace al miedo
La risa reemplace a las lagrimas y
La abundancia reemplace a la perdida.
Quiero contemplar el mundo real, y dejar que me enseñe que mi voluntad y la voluntad de Dios son una.
