Hi everyone
I've been talking in class about using a chair if you need a bit more assistance or sporting an injury. this youtube clip is an example of what I was talking about. there are probably even more videos to help. this is not talking about a full "seated yoga class" that is another class altogether but if you are just needing some assistance with some moves than this can help (p.s. if you are going to use a chair just need to be at the back or side of room so others can still see) hope this helps Vx

Tonight's Wednesday night Yoga class (6.15pm)
theme is community and connection.
I had a great time joining in the Local Line Dancing last Friday night . There were many people from all ages, even the men were dancing 💃, it was very inclusive. All dancing, making space for each other,enjoying the fun, laughter,sweat lol. I felt a real sense of connection and community.
That's what I also love about our Yoga and Pilates classes.
Come join us
