Beautiful souls

Loads of love.

Last nightsound bath was the last for 2025.

It’s was all about grounding, connection, community and celebration. Deep gongs, binaural beats, drum and even the flute make an appearance!

We will be back in February/March 2026.

I will have some spots available for private 1:1 sessions or 2:1. This is a sound experience where instruments are placed on the body. I will post more later.

We want to thank everyone that follows us, and especially those that come along to our event, a wonderful festive season.

Hello Bilambil Heights,
This Sunday marks the last event of our sound bath immersion series for 2025.

30-11-25 Sunday
@ bilambil public school hall
4pm start
Doors open 3.30pm , plenty of time to get comfy.
$25 cash at the door.

If you are interested in experiencing sound immersion for the first time, we welcome you to attend with a mat, pillow, and blanket, and optionally, an eye mask. Our guided meditation journey will combine breathwork and visualisation, set to a rich soundscape featuring an array of instruments, including drums, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and other custom-designed elements. You will be led into a deep state of relaxation for over an hour, followed by a gentle return. We had 11 beautiful souls that shared the love and energy.

Tonight was a special one. Ron and I worked at creating binaural beats for our metal
bowls and the gongs. Everyone went pretty deep
that they had to be reminded to come back to the now…..with a soft landing of course.

The mediatiaion was about love and heart connection. Heart coherence. Love and light.
Infusing the room with love and compassion. So much so that it permiates put past the walls and reach as far as it can.

We do love sharing our love for sound and vibration with you all!! We feel the love so strong when you share the space with us!

We love that you embraed the little homework assignment for colouring in a flower love heart and adding words to a love heart, filling it with the things that make your heart sing!

See you all next month for the last session for the year.

We will be open for some private 1:1 or 2:1 session over December and January.

Last nights sound bath we had 12 beautiful souls.
We hope you feel relaxed and had an amazing night sleep. Feeling refreshed, recalibrated.

We intentional took you deeper faster to a relaxing state of bliss. With a focus on triads for- Times of change, karmic patterns and future directions.
Incorporated a quantum leap to the future you desire; that you deserve.

The crystal grid had unicorn 🦄 stone at the centre.
A powerful, but gentle combination of lepidolite, pink tourmaline, Smokey quartz and clevelandite.
A stone for time of challenge, endurance, and emotional healing. Unicorn stone helps us take a deep breath in to release pent up anger, anxiety, and tension, to keep moving forward with our heart 💜 open to what the work will bring us.

Questions to ponder:
What do you need right now?
What does your soul need?
What fears or belief are holding you back?
What was your previous management strategy?
And what is your new approach?
What skills, resources or actions will help facilitate this?

A small change is all that is needed.

It’s ok if the old patterns/words slip back in- just simple replace , rephrase to the positive and cancel
Out the negative
