Many spiritual practices tend to lead to giving our power away to something that is outside ourselves leaving us feeling hopeless and powerless at times.

What do I mean by this? Often we turn to something outside ourselves to save us, fix us, help us, but turning to the power within is most potent.

What is this power within? It is a spark of the divine that sits, that resides within you. It can be accessed and felt within you at any time. It just needs to be nurtured and grown.

The inner spark is that of the one that created everything. Not just you but the entire universe. This resides within you.

Do you practice tapping into this spark? Tapping into the Creator that is part of you? The divinity, the knowing that you are not alone. That you have the divine guidance of the Creator of all within you.

When you feel into that divine spark, the creator light within you, you know you have actually never been separated or alone.

The Creator is there to guide you. Know you are never alone. Know you are not powerless because the Creator is actually a part of you, guiding you from within. When you tap into the divine spark within you will feel this.

So practice doing this often and see how your inner strength grows and changes. Turn to that light within and see it grow.

Don't forget to tap into that divine spark within. It is there within you. You just need to allow it to come up and feel it.

Feel the pain, bellow your woe
Let it flow out through you
The pain, the tears let them flow
Behind the anger there is sorrow

To be transmuted into softness, stillness

🤠What vitamins do you lack? Get them from organic foods!

☘️ If you often have bad breath, you lack vitamin B3.

☘️ Even with mild bruises, bruises appear and do not go away for a long time - not enough vitamin C.

☘️Constipation can be caused by a deficiency of B vitamins.

☘️Dizziness and tinnitus - lack of vitamins B3 and E, as well as manganese and potassium.

☘️ Redness of the eyes, inability to quickly adapt in the dark, barley - lack of vitamins A and B2.

Beautiful message 💜

Beautiful Souls, gosh doesn't that water at Prevelly look so inviting 😍....

I've had lots of messages from Spirit in the past week that I've been wanting to share, I don't always feel to share straight away, usually when I get that feeling there's more pieces of the puzzle to come.

So, here we go:

🐋 We are experiencing another 'reality' split I'm going to call it. Where basically we can choose the higher or lower timeline again. If you're anything like me you want the higher one because the lower one sucks 😆. But. The masses have to choose. I choose the higher timeline and regardless of which way I will choose to hold that energy for myself & not be impacted by the lower IF that's the way we go, so I hope you choose the higher too.

🐋 We are being shown SO many truths of the world. Things that were 'conspiracies' which...yet again are true 🫣....this is going to continue to happen in order to awaken the masses.

🐋 Animals are stepping forward PULLING humanity together! They are demanding that we take responsibility now for ourselves, for the animals, for what's happening on the planet and calling community together to SPEAK UP, to SHOW UP, to work TOGETHER for the greater good....not for financial gain. I will share individually the animals that are stepping forward and their messages in separate posts as I don't get enough space here 😅.

🐋 The land....oh my goodness she's tired, she's literally burnt out, she needs nurturing and nourishing. In some parts like us, there's been no rain for 8 months. You can see everywhere dry, dead, dying land/ trees/ shrubs.....the message here is the old way is dying, also....more focus needs to be put back on giving to oneself and to regenerating the land, not just constantly taking from her.

🐋 The land energy is shifting and changing which is causing people to struggle with grounding. Find a way. Swim in the beach. Go bush walking. Take your shoes off and garden. Come back into your bodies. A big issue in society is this disconnection from self, from the collective and from mother nature who tops our energy up and balances it out.

🐋 A key message, especially for light workers is to find balance, play, laugh..

A REQUEST FROM THE TREES 🌳

"We are calling all who wish to assist with the planetary stabilisation of earth energies - energies that need to be integrated for a higher harmonic to flow through the earth.

We as the trees are stabilisation points. We as pillars, conduits of light have the ability to uptake and transfer any energy that is presented to us. We as the trees, as conduits for higher frequencies, have the ability to transfer these frequencies deep into the core of the earth. As stabilisation points we are able to further assist the earth in its own healing endevours.

That is why we are asking you to help with this. We are asking you to help us be the conduits of a particular frequency that will intern assist the earth in further stabilisation and freedom. So, to those that agree to help, this is what we wish you to do..

At this point in time we are asking for a blue coloured frequency / hue to be anchored down through us. As you see, many of us are in groups. In this case, you visualise and call upon the blue flame frequency and see this blue frequency flow through our trunks down into our root systems which will then be able to be transferred further, deeper into the earth.

You do not have to do this individually, it can be done as a group. So, seeing a mass of blue energy going through all of us at once. With trees that are by themselves, this will be done individually.

An important note to mention. Before doing this work please ensure you are energetically clean. Do what you need to do to ensure that you are not bringing in any inteference through us when you are doing this work.

Also, the blue colour is not a dark blue colour. So if you are having a difficult time visualising the colour, do not worry. Just call upon the blue flame frequency, having that intention will be sufficient as you are connecting to this frequency and bringing that through us.
