Utilising what Red/NIR can assist with and adding motion .. 😉

This was a “controlled” environment .. but he was able to just do him ..

meaning … there was not added pressure performance by me leading or asking for anything. Might I do that in another instance .. yes I could because I understand what I am looking for

At first I was a bit funny about my taste test pastern wraps. They are larger than I expected.

However … suits big b***d horses too.

Perfect for “umbrella” over fetlocks, hocks and knees ! Poll visor. Join two for a neck collar.

Places where you have “lots going on”.

Meaning … Joint capsules, Tendon/Enthesis attachments. Ligament attachments. Circulatory, Lymphatic, Nerves, Receptors.

So now my pastern wraps are even more handy 😍🤩

Reading Case Studies for the Equine Photonic Therapy Certification. 🥹

Warms my heart to read how the students have applied their knowledge according to the horse’s feedback.

Not my face this time, but my foot. 🤪

Pretty much gave it a bit of frostbite yesterday insisting I have bare feet in the cold.

Felt safer up on the ladder scrubbing the float roof 🤷‍♀️

Assisting cellular function
Connective tissue assistance
Making exclusion zone water
Getting everything talking to each other again

There is always someone around here benefitting from Light Therapy around here. Horses, Humans, Dogs, Cows, Cats ….

Show me your pics !

I need to drive over to netball in Gingin.

I also wanted to put a RL pad on my neck for “charging” my mitochondria via the carotid artery plus other cells. Bit of redox … that flu is hanging around and I feel it try to get in sometimes

So why not wrap around my neck on the way over !

Using my red/nir pad and time to my advantage

Plus I get a little cellular action on my face 😉

What is Ros up to now ? Well I like to utilise the light therapy not just in a static situation but also dynamic. The body/brain connection feeling differences. Light therapy works at cellular level. Neurophysiology. The brain and cell receptors. I can utilise it as simply a pain management application. I can also utilise it for so much more !

Just thought I would share … an enquiry about light therapy.

2010 I first came across it, 2011 did the Equinology equine course. After that went on many bodywork journeys, plus biomechanics. Have taught about light for years with Equestricare or on my own, all whilst still studying more as science in the human world caught up.
It is very effective and yes the two wavelengths help with cellular responses (bio electrical and chemical). The vets and people don’t think it does anything simply because they don’t understand 😊.
Interesting enough it was a vet (Dr McLaren) who first introduced the concept of using light as the stimulator instead of acupuncture needles back in the 80/90s.
We can utilise it as a blanket effect .. like putting a pad on or with torches with an even more targeted effect. Depending on what we are wanting to do, is how I might approach any applications.
Quick overview
Thanks for asking.
Last week I did a presentation on light and animals for my quantum biology group. They already understand how light and bodies work. Was interesting they still learnt a lot … I think because animals give great feedback. They don’t necessarily require what the “instructions” say. 😊

So if I am advising on application, it may vary according to what the body is telling me 😊
