A quick update on our December hours:
We’ll be closed Monday the 1st & Tuesday the 2nd of December as Dr Sarah celebrates her daughter’s wedding! 👰🥂

The clinic will resume normal hours from Wednesday the 3rd of December.

Here are a few simple tips for more restful nights:
☕ Avoid caffeine & stimulants late in the day
📵 Unplug from screens an hour before bed
❄️ Keep your room cool, dark & comfy
🏋️ Get regular exercise (but not right before bed)
⏰ Stick to a consistent sleep schedule
🍷 Skip heavy or spicy meals before bedtime
