Morning Blessing for Alignment & Peace

Take a deep breath, place your hands over your heart, and read slowly — aloud if possible.

“Today, I awaken in light and in love.
I bless my body with strength, my mind with clarity, and my soul with peace.

Here’s a gentle grounding and centring practice designed specifically for ADHD energy. It helps calm overstimulation while still honouring the spark of creativity and flow that comes with this soul blueprint.
Grounding & Centring Practice for ADHD Energy
• Place one hand on your heart and the other on your lower belly.
• Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 counts, feel your belly rise.
• Exhale gently through your mouth for 6 counts, feel your body soften.
• Imagine each exhale releasing scattered thoughts, each inhale drawing in calm focus.
• Sit with your feet flat on the ground.
• Visualise roots of light extending from the soles of your feet into the Earth.
• With each exhale, release the “buzz” of overstimulation down through these roots.
• With each inhale, draw up Earth energy—steady, warm, grounding—filling your legs, spine, and mind with calm.
• Picture a golden funnel of light above your head.
• All the scattered ideas, inputs, and thoughts swirl into the wide top.
• As they move down, the funnel gently narrows, organising them into a single glowing stream entering your crown.
• Whisper or think: “I receive only what I need in this moment. I am centred.”
• Place both hands over your heart.
• Take a deep breath and say softly: “My energy is whole. My mind is clear. My spirit is steady.”
• Imagine a protective cocoon of soft blue light surrounding you, shielding you from excess stimulation while allowing inspiration to flow gently.
Optional: You can use a stone like hematite or black tourmaline in your hand during this practice—it amplifies grounding.

How to Work With It
• Meditation: Place the sigil in front of you, soften your gaze, and breathe deeply while focusing on the spiral at its centre.
• Mantra Pairing: Whisper the light code “Ena’shu Ra-Ki Torah” as you gaze at it, allowing the vibration to align with the sigil.
• Carrying Energy: Print or keep the sigil digitally on your phone to hold a steady field of focus and calm.
• Activation Ritual: Trace the sigil with your finger (on the image or in the air) while saying: “I call balance into my mind, clarity into my spirit, and flow into my energy.”
This sigil is designed to help smooth scattered energy into centred flow—not suppressing creativity, but harmonising it so that inspiration can channel more clearly.

I have put together a light language and sigil for Earth stability and safety for you.
Light-Language Sigil for Earth Stability & Safety
You can use it in these ways:
· Place it near your meditation space or altar.
· Gaze softly at the spiral centre while breathing slowly to draw in grounding energy.
· Visualise it beneath your feet, anchoring you into the Earth’s steady vibration.
· Print or carry it as a reminder that you are safe, supported, and held by the Earth.
Here’s a light-language activation mantra you can use with your sigil for Earth Stability & Safety:
Activation Mantra
“Ena’shu Ra-Ki Torah”
(En-ah-shoo Rah-Kee To-rah)
Meaning (channelled light-code essence)
Ena’shu → “I am rooted”
Ra-Ki → “in the golden current of the Earth”
Torah → “held steady, safe, and whole”
How to Use
Sit with the Sigil – Place it before you or visualize it glowing beneath your feet.
Breathe with Rhythm – Inhale slowly for 4, exhale for 6.
