Why are we so afraid of the dark?

Afraid of our shadows?

Afraid to look a little deeper?

What if we moved beyond our instilled fear stories, woven since birth.

The stories of never being safe 'outside' in the unknown... never even safe 'inside' our minds?

What if we could trust that by diving into the middle we would find the light of resolution?

The light that walks us back home to our ultimate truth ✨️

For shadows cannot exist in the light; only the absence of it creates the illusion of fear.

The cycles and seasons, the day and night come to show us that one defines the other... none of it was for us to suffer eternally.

Once we remember this, we come to see that.

Yes it can be uncomfortable initially.

Though the benefit is tenfold worth the effort 👌🐉
