At Zest Infusion, Rachel integrates evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EFT/tapping, Narrative Therapy) with mind-body practices, including Reiki and mindfulness.

We’re pleased to share that Jennifer Cook (Registered Psychologist) is now available for appointments 2 days per week at Zest Infusion.

Jennifer works with adults and individuals aged 15+ using evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, and has additional training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support those navigating trauma and other mental health concerns.

Jennifer can support you with:
✔️Anxiety and depression
✔️Trauma and PTSD
✔️Mood and adjustment difficulties
✔️Grief, relationship, and family issues
✔️Coping with major life transitions

📣 We're excited to announce a new workshop series to supporting mental health and wellbeing in young people. 📣

Dr Priyanka will be offering a 7-week Confidence and Resilience Building Workshop designed to strengthen young people's mental toolkit through education and practical skill-building. This workshop program focuses on improving confidence, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

Workshop offerings:
🌟 Grade 9-10 students
🌟 Grade 11-12 students
🌟 Young adults aged 18-24

Confidence, emotional regulation, and managing self-critical thoughts are learnable skills that strengthen with practice. When young people develop these tools early, they're better equipped to navigate life's challenges and develop into confident, resilient individuals.

The workshop covers:
🧩 Understanding and managing emotions like fear and stress
🧩 Challenging unhelpful thought patterns ("I'm not good enough")
🧩 How to build confidence and managing social comparison
🧩 Mindfulness techniques
🧩 Healthy habits to support emotional wellbeing

Dr Priyanka has designed these workshops to be engaging, supportive, and skill-focused, creating a safe space for learning and growth. The workshop is priced at $480 for 7-weeks.

Locations: Zest Infusion, and online (based on interest)

Workshops will commence in Term 4 this year (Thursday October 9th).
