rriers that prevent them from moving forward & to be able to live their best life! RTT is a very effective and transformative hypnosis that deals with traumas in childhood or later in life. It allows the client to reframe what happened and to resolve blockages and traumas from past events. During a session I help the client to empower themselves and let go of pain, grief, shame and beliefs that have limited them since the trauma occurred. This helps clients to heal and together we rewire new powerful beliefs that replace their old limiting beliefs. By giving the clients a powerful and targeted/personal recording that rewires and empowers new beliefs the clients are able to create a new future where they are free from the past, and can move forward with a deep understanding of what has happened. This allows the client to live empowered and free to choose a life that serves their dreams and desires and to unfold their true potential. I have also had a very exciting hairdressing career spanning nearly 30yrs & currently operate an Eco friendly/Sustainable Hair salon on the beautiful Sunshine Coast -Hairganics Salon in Currimundi. A few years ago I also completed my Level 1 Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training & Yin Yoga teacher training. My love for Yoga started at 15 when I went along to a class with a neighbour, that is when I fell in love with this practice. The insights & personal growth have been immense in this journey of Yoga. I also experienced some chronic health issues for over a decade then I came across the information from Anthony Williams 'The Medical Medium' & was able to nourish, heal & transform my body with food. I have a passion for whole food plant based eating to & advocate holistic wellness, healing & spiritual practices in my daily life. This is where stress relief becomes dependency.
When your nervous system runs fast — mentally or socially — relief feels powerful.

Stress relief doesn’t become dependency overnight.
It happens quietly.

Why You Overthink Instead of Act....
You don’t overthink because you’re analytical.
You overthink because action feels unsafe.
Overthinking is a delay strategy.
It gives your nervous system time to avoid exposure.
Exposure to:�
• Rejection�
• Failure�
• Success�
• Judgment�
• Change
When you’re about to act, your brain scans for risk.
If it detects uncertainty, it shifts you into analysis.
More research.�
*More opinions.�
*More “clarity.”

It feels productive.
It isn’t.
It’s protection.

The longer you stay in thought, the longer you avoid vulnerability.
And the longer you avoid vulnerability, the safer your system feels.
Until frustration builds.
Most high-functioning adults don’t struggle with intelligence.
They struggle with subconscious threat responses that activate right before growth.
You don’t need more clarity.
You need to interrupt the pattern that equates action with danger.

* Overwhelm that seems to come from nowhere

Food. Alcohol. Ci******es. Va**ng. Sugar. Scrolling. Switching off.

You’re not weak.
You’re not broken.
And this isn’t a lack of willpower.
This isnt an addiction problem.
It’s a regulation problem.
Your body is absorbing stress, then searching for relief.
