FUN FACTS:
Research from the GLA:D® program in Australia (GLA:D® Australia Annual Report 2023) found an average reduction in pain of 23% (hip) and 31% (knee), improved quality of life by 24% (hip) and 38% (knee), and reduced usage of pain medication by 46% (hip) and 50% (knee) at 12 months after the program. It was also found that less people desired surgery after completing the program.

Total Balance Physio, Bayside’s leading physiotherapy clinic, is on the lookout for an experienced, part-time Receptionist to join our amazing TB family.
This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a busy medical environment, and brings warmth and empathy to everything they do.
⭐️About the role:
-Part-time position: 2 shifts per week approx 5hours each
-Additional shifts available to cover annual leave and sick leave
Front-desk reception in a busy physio clinic
⭐️About you:
-Experience with Cliniko and/or Momence software is a plus, but not essential
-Naturally empathetic, friendly, and professional
-Confident with bookings, phones, and patient interactions
-A team player who enjoys being part of a supportive workplace
