Hi, my name is Rowena! I have over 20 years of experience in personal training and pilates.

I have a Diploma in Clinical Pilates and am also a former trainer and club owner of Fernwood North Rocks. My training philosophy?

My name is Rowena. I have over 10year experience training people. This is where my passion is, to help people to reach their fitness goals. I’ve been training myself almost continuously for over 25 years. About 18 months ago I had to stop training due to illness, I needed to have a hysterectomy. This was a significant operation and really impacted not only my physical strength and fitness but also my own body image and my self-esteem. But no matter how difficult the situation was I always said to myself “never give up!” Eventually with the support of my partner and family, I was able to return to my fitness routine and regain my physical and emotional strength again. I would love to share my experiences with all of you out there who want to get back to their previous fitness levels and beyond or for those who haven’t really trained before to develop and maintain a consistent healthy routine. Nothing will stop us to keep going and enjoy life to FEEL GOOD…LOOK GOOD and BE GOOD. Skills & Experience
