🌱 Have you been advised to drink more milk to meet your calcium needs ?

🌱 What if dairy intolerance is the very thing causing further systemic inflammation?

🌱 Food Biocompatability Testing often reveals which foods you may be eating daily are causing body aggravations and which foods are better suited - dairy can be a common one. But what if you are at risk of osteoporosis?

🌱 No worries! Most dairy free milks these days such as soy, almond and and even oat and rice milk are fortified with added calcium to give you the same amount as you would get in a glass of cows milk - approx 295mg.

🌱 You would need to have at least 4 serves of dairy to meet your calcium requirements. But why stop at dairy ? Contrary to popular belief, it is NOT the only source of calcium.

🌱 Dairy sources can be pro-inflammatory for many people struggling with daily physical discomforts.

🌱 These may not be things you eat every day however consider adding more variety to your diet and nourishing yourself from within foods like kale, amaranth (instead of rice or quinoa), sardines and salmon, dried figs and almonds.

A nice little series of stretches for the neck which I came across on Youtube, I would suggest doing them slightly slower than as demonstrated here. Exercise within your comfort range and in accord with your personal limitations, so if you have a neck injury (past or present) check with your medical doctor or health practitioner first, but for most folk this provides a simple way of reducing that neck tightness and restriction.
