Sugar is in 84% of all products in the grocery store. The problem is that it's hidden in plain sight. Labels don't just say sugar. They say agave nectar, barley malt syrup, cane juice crystals, corn syrup solids, dehydrated cane juice, evaporated cane juice, fruit juice concentrate, high fructose corn syrup, maltodextrin, and over 50 more. Over 60 different names. Same product, same effect, and most contain fructose. The food industry's use of 60-plus different names for sugar isn't an accident. It's a deliberate strategy to keep you consuming sugar without realizing how much you're actually eating.

Looking for an exchange - treatment/s for a small interior paint job. A door frame, inside edge of a door, corner of a window frame, a few small cracks filled in on walls. Please get in touch.
