The group is an awesome social opportunity for children to work on physical skills, teamwork, self regulation and communication!

OT FOR KIDS Sports Crew is an inclusive and supportive social group designed to meet the individual needs of participants through a variety of tailored sports activities.

Through guided play and structured sport, children will work on:

Physical Skills
• Ball skills, coordination, strength, agility & accuracy
• Timing, rhythm and whole-body movement
• Core and postural strength

Teamwork & Sportsmanship
• Problem-solving and working together
• Learning game rules and managing tricky moments in play
• Sharing, turn-taking and using positive strategies

Self-Regulation in Action
• Recognising and expressing feelings using the Zones of Regulation
• Learning and practising calming strategies with real-time support

Social Confidence & Communication
• Practising social communication skills in the moment
• Building friendships and positive peer interactions

Move & Mingle is a fun and structured dance group designed to help children build confidence, coordination and connection through movement 💃🕺

Through dance, children will:
• Improve balance, coordination & rhythm
• Build postural strength & endurance
• Develop social skills and positive peer interactions
• Practice self-regulation
• Foster a lifelong love of movement

Our elf on the shelf has been causing lots of festive mischief over the past week!!

He’s scored a hole in one on the golf course, practiced his flexibility (for elf duties, obviously) and built an impressive JENGA tower (which melted very quickly).

He also managed to ‘tinsel’ our waiting room with toilet paper! 😂🧻

What cheeky activities will he get up to next?
