Meet Jacquie — one of our amazing participants who is embracing her independence and doing the things that make her heart happy. From colouring and mindfulness art to creating music on the piano, she’s carving out moments that bring peace, confidence and joy into her day.
At Star Community Care, we’re here to support individuals to live life their way — with choice, dignity and meaningful experiences at the centre. 💛
