We will be breaking a little earlier than planned over the Christmas period 🎄

With our trainers needing some well deserved downtime, we will be closing on the 19th December and opening in the new year on the 9th January. This will give us the opportunity to reset, realign, and be fresher then ever for all our BIG plans we have for you in 2023 ⚡️

We hope you can understand these changes and we sincerely apologise if this causes any inconvenience.

As we head back into summer it is important to remember, that when exercising in the heat to take precaution. Here are 5 tips to help you exercise in the heat!

1. Stay Hydrated - when exercising make sure you always bring and drink water
2. Wear Cool Clothing - make sure you wear airy clothes that allow you to cool down easily
3. Pace Yourself - if you know that it’s a hot day make sure you don’t overdo it and keep a steady pace
4. Recovery - after exercise it’s important that you complete a cool down session so that you are able to recover easily.
5. Timing - make sure that you are choosing the correct times to exercise (morning or late afternoon when it’s not as hot)
