Who is Neven?
Meet Neven, the smiling voice you’ll hear when you call in, and the friendly face greeting you when you arrive. With 3 years in healthcare reception, Neven brings both professionalism and warmth to our front desk.
What does Neven do?
• ✅ First point of contact for patients — takes enquiries, helps with bookings, and answers questions.
• ✅ Manages check-ins and helps make your time at our clinic run smoothly.
• ✅ Works closely with our clinical team to ensure information flows correctly and everyone’s on the same page.
• ✅ Has a special knack for making nervous patients feel at ease when walking through the door.

• Outside the clinic, Neven loves spending time with her boys
• Enjoys spending time relaxing on the beach
• Loves socialising and spending with her family
