I've been sitting on this one for a while.

It's been such a hot topic, and I was debating on whether to publish or not. But I've just seen so many people becoming undernourished and losing muscle, that I feel it's time to explain how important it is to look after your nutrition, body and health, even if you choose to take the injectable.

Have you ever stood in front of your wardrobe and thought:

👉 “Nothing fits.”
👉 “I’ll just grab the baggy jumper again.”
👉 “I’ll start focusing on myself when life slows down.”

I’ve heard this story from so many women (and lived it too). But here’s the truth:
There is no perfect time.

Confidence doesn’t arrive first. It’s built every time you show up for yourself — one meal, one glass of water, one small promise kept. ✨
