Bringing in spirit of plant into my morning ritual.

The medicine of lemon balm & chamomile helping my nervous system & pre-menstrual tension settle.

Sacred Ceremony with Chamomile

A plant journey for the Summer Season.

3-5pm

Summer season has us living in the periphery, a little more outward time of year. We are lapping up the suns rays, swimming, picnics & bbqs, more social. Longer days. Our nervous system is a little more frayed. 2025 has left us feeling a little depleted!

Chamomile spirit reminds us to come back to our centre. She soothes our nervous system like a balm, brings us back into our bodies & allows us the space to go inward. To replenish, rebalance & pivot direction to move in a more aligned way. She restores deep inner trust & shows us where we abandon ourselves.

What to expect:

In sacred ceremony we sit & honour how our bodies are feeling in the moment. The space is held & safe to show up exactly how you are, no masks required.

We journey with chamomile plant spirit by drinking her as a tea infusion. With intention, with purpose, as medicine & frequency. Allowing sacred plant wisdom to hold & guide the space.

We embark on a beautiful meditative journey lying on your mat, led by the plant spirit & the medicine drum.

Emerge feeling like you have come home.
Connected to our own source of power, nervous system soothed.

January is a renewal point where we aren’t quite ready to step fully into the new year energy until we have fully let go & shed what is not meant to be coming with us.
