FloCryo’s owners James and Elouise Bermingham are dedicated to helping others achieve wellbeing and peak performance.

James has first-hand experience of the devastating effect pain and injury can have on your personal, family and professional life. “Suffering a chronic back injury since the age of 19, and working in the mining industry for over 10 years, pushed my physical health to the edge and took an emotional toll,” he says. “I decided to find and deliver an affordable solution to help others in their recovery”.

Ellie “grew up like any normal kid”, but her life turned upside down when she was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 17. She learned through experience how to control her illness, amazing her doctors. The experience inspired her to study sports and exercise science and health promotion.

She is passionate about “supporting people and increasing awareness on the impact of eating well and looking after your whole self.”
