Tonight we’re kicking things off with a short advanced mindset & goal-setting workshop. This will be great for those that have done a challenge previously, and need to create more statagy to keep motivated for ever!
We’ll cover:

• Your WHY – the real reason you want to change
• Your 6 Week Vision – where you want to be in 42 days
• Identity Traps – the habits and patterns that hold people back
• Lessons from the past – what worked and what didn’t
• Clear Goal Setting – outcome, performance & habit goals

🎄 Christmas workout done 💪

Such a great way to finish the year. This morning’s Christmas session had awesome energy, plenty of effort, and lots of smiles. Thank you to everyone who showed up, got stuck in, and helped make it such a fun session — this crew really is something special.

Thanks to .neradil for taking the class and keeping it festive, fun and moving for the full hour 🎅🔥

Big thanks to .neradil for the post-workout barbecue 🍔🔥 — exactly what was needed after that session.

And a huge thank you to for finishing us off with a proper stretch 🧘‍♀️ Having someone with Pilates and yoga expertise makes all the difference after a big workout.

Such a good way to wrap up an awesome 2026. Really grateful for this community ❤️
