After the conference in Nice I headed to Caen in Normandy with a small group of elite surgeons for a special few days in the Caen Cadaver Dissection lab.
This was one of the most rewarding learning experiences of my life.
Anatomy dissection greatly enhances our knowledge and understanding.

Present were my fellow IRRS (International Rhinoplasty Research Society) members

Nice conference post 2

It is a pleasure to be invited as faculty to the Preservation Rhinoplasty in Nice in March this year.
This conference is organised by my good friend Dr Yves Saban whose research and insight led to the rediscovery of dorsal preservation rhinoplasty and a transformation of the rhinoplasty world.
Being involved in such international conferences keeps me up to date with the latest surgical advances.

Prior to the conference I enjoyed time with another great friend .miloskovacevic. We had many discussions on medical and social issues.

I also was able to catch up and exchange ideas with (Goksel) (Charles East) doctor_v.zholtikov, rinoplastia_ishida and Gene Kern and many others.

We welcome the new Sydney Facial Plastic Surgery Fellow Dr Hardip Gendeh from Kuala Lumpur. Hardip will be in Sydney for the next year studying and learning advanced facial plastic surgery techniques.
He joins current fellow Dr Andres Rosenbaum who has a further 6 months to complete.
He also joins Dr Nicholas Campion from UK who is the current Sydney Rhinology Fellow.
