A week of sharing with teens at Camp Reset.

In the stillness, teens shared their experiences. A common theme emerged feeling restricted and not always able to be themselves.

Days filled with cool water, mud to squelch, bones to create with, songs to sing, shows to perform and space to simply be.

What unfolded was connection. Friendships, respect, laughter, motivation, reflection and harmony.
Grateful for the therapy leaders, the families and the campers who showed up so openly.
