Managing inflammation over the holidays!
The silly season is fun… but your body might not love the sudden changes in routine. More sitting, more travel, different foods, late nights - it can all add up to extra inflammation and flare ups.
A few simple ways to stay on top of it:
✅ Keep moving daily
✅Break up long sitting
✅Hydrate more than you think - heat and salty foods sneak up
✅ Prioritise sleep where you can- recovery happens there
✅Ease into activity - backyard cricket is great…. just warm up first
If something starts to ni**le, don’t push through it. Small issues are easier to settle early.
