Welcome Back Dr Ryan!

We are thrilled to announce Dr Ryan will be returning to Park Family Practice on 3 November 2025.

Dr Ryan enjoys all aspects of Family Medicine. He completed his hospital training at St Vincent’s Hospital in Darlinghurst and then went on to complete his Fellowship in General Practice in Central and Eastern Sydney.

Dr Ryan believes in a whole-person approach to healthcare and has a compassionate and thorough approach to all clinical scenarios for his patients. He understand that patients require tailored medical care of their individual health goals and works in unison with his patients to keep them healthy and happy.

Although Dr Ryan loves all aspects of General Practice and Family Medicine, he has particular expertise in:

Meet Dr Glasson!

Rachel is a country-trained GP with extensive experience caring for patients of all ages. Initially trained as a surgical trainee, Rachel has a special interest in skin cancer surgery and is experienced in diagnosing and excising malignant melanomas, as well as tumours, cysts, ulcers, moles, and scars.

Having practiced in the country for 20 years, Rachel is skilled in managing chronic health conditions firsthand, without the need for referrals. Additionally, she is experienced in transgender health, ADHD, mental health, and eating disorders.

She returned to Sydney in 2024 to be closer to family and support her children as they transition from school to university. Outside of medicine, Rachel has a passion for marathon running (having competed at an elite level), skiing, and travelling overseas. She is fluent in German and plays the flute to a semi-professional standard, with plans to audition for the NSW Doctors Orchestra once she is settled back in Sydney.

Meet Dr Zaina!

Dr Zaina Joffe specialises in women’s health and hormones, menopause and perimenopause care, weight management, children’s health, and mental health.

She has a special interest in supporting families to optimise children’s growth, development, and wellbeing, with a focus on nutrition, gut health, ADHD, allergies, and immune support. Zaina loves working collaboratively with parents to give children the best start in life.

With a strong background in mental health, she provides comprehensive care for anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD and more-offering diagnostic support, treatment options, and coordinated management alongside mental health teams to ensure the best outcomes for her patients.

Dr Zaina also has extensive expertise in nutritional medicine, taking a root-cause approach to patient concerns and thoughtfully incorporating functional medicine principles into evidence-based care.

📢 ADHD Prescribing Now Available at Park Family Practice

We’re pleased to announce that ADHD prescribing is now available at PFP for patients who:
✅ Have an existing ADHD diagnosis
✅ Are currently taking ADHD medication

👉 Please note:
This service is currently for continued prescribing only. We are not able to provide ADHD assessments or new diagnoses at this time - although possibly in early 2026 (watch this space!).

We’re proud to expand the care we provide in general practice and continue supporting the evolving needs of our community.
