Antibiotics can be life saving when used properly. Our incessant overuse of antibiotics is causing antibiotic resistance and if we don’t change this the day will come when we have no defence against bacteria that can kill us. Never take antibiotics unless you absolutely have to. Don’t support CAFO farming. Stop pesticide use. Eat organic.

What an absolute disgrace. HarvardChanSPH if this is your idea of a healthy diet no wonder we are in an obesity and diabetic epidemic. You can not seriously be recommending that we eat the same amount of ADDED SUGAR as animal protein and 3x the amount of plant oils as animal protein?? The good news is after posting this on their Instagram they deleted all the comments because they were all negative. People are not that stupid.

Very interesting research on the toxic chemicals in face masks. Fluorocarbons, formaldehyde and micro plastics.
If masks are our new normal then someone needs to make sure they are safe and the risk of wearing them does not outweigh the risk of contracting a V.
