Love is in the air...It’s Valentine’s Day. I wanted to tell you that I firmly believe self-love comes first and, we can all celebrate love on Valentine’s Day; the love of family, friends, even pets (Gigi is one of my great loves after all). I love showering my three daughters with love.

I am also a big believer in self love and how loving and taking care of yourself is so important when achieving your health and weight goals.

Always love the feeling of walking down the health food aisle of ☺️

My dream of creating the perfect protein bar that is low-carb, high protein low sugar, gluten-free easy on the gut, sweetened with monk fruit and completely decadent came true.

I created this protein bar as a clinical nutritionist because I found the protein bar market while flooded totally flawed.. I could never recommend anything to my patients or followers.

Being in means that everyone can have easy access to them. ⭐️

My protein bars are amazing for Weight loss especially for those with a sweet tooth. At 4 pm instead of reaching for something sugary my protein bar will give you that feeling of deliciousness and decadence..

My protein bars are so amazing for travel, breakfast on the go, school lunchboxes, morning tea, after dinner treat, they work in any scenario.
