5 Yoghurt Brands I Love for Gut Health ✨

Dairy has gotten a bad rap in the health space, but yoghurt can be a great way to support your gut.

Here’s the thing, not all dairy brands are equal. Here are my top picks:

~ Meredith Dairy: goat milk yoghurt that's gentle on digestion
~ Jalna: pot-set, organic, and packed with probiotics
~ Five:am: organic, creamy, and probiotic-rich
~ Barambah Organics: grass-fed, full-fat, and teeming with live cultures
~ Vaalia: extra probiotics to keep your gut happy

What's your favourite?

An 'IBS' diagnosis isn't good enough 🖤

Certainly you may fall under this diagnostic criteria, but if we dig a little deeper, we can generally find other imbalanced happening within your gut.

Once we fix these, a lot of your IBS symptoms will reduce or disappear entirely.

The power of food as medicine 🌱

Nature has created the most incredible foods, designed to help our body function as it was intended.

If you’re feeling constipated, try adding these 3 fruits to your diet for natural relief

~ Kiwifruit: packed with fibre and digestive enzymes to help move things along. Just 2 kiwi fruit each day has been shown to increase transit time.

~ Dragonfruit: high in fibre and prebiotics, supporting smooth digestion.

~ Mango: a delicious source of fibre and natural sugars that speed up transit time.

If you’re not a fruit lover, comment 🙅🏽‍♀️ below and I’ll send you 3 other options.

Struggling with low energy & gut problems?

It might not just be about what you’re eating, but what you’re not absorbing!

Here are 3 common deficiencies I see in people with gut issues:

1️⃣ Low Iron
— Often caused by poor absorption in the gut, leading to fatigue and low energy.

2️⃣ Low B12
— This important vitamin can be low due to absorption issues or being 'hijacked' by SIBO bacteria.

3️⃣ Low Beneficial Bacteria
— A lack of variety in your diet can lead to a poor gut microbiome, leaving you with imbalances that trigger bloating and other digestive issues.

Number 3 is SO common, and I believe this is a driver for many.
