Our intention is not only to utilise this transformative technology, but provide your body and mind with a nurturing space to slow down and come back to self. Our physical spaces are home to private infrared sauna rooms and a bespoke retail range. Our online space offers access to digital wellness tools for you to explore at home.

 An early swim at Clovelly, time in nature, a walk along the cliffs or a sauna followed by Nimbus Face Oil.

Moments like these remind us that unwinding doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s just a pause, a breath, or a quiet ritual that resets the day.
