Masters of Sports Physiotherapy APAM Physiotherapy is an integral part of every sport.

The Riders Physio is rider specific Physiotherapy for equestrian enthusiasts provided by APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist, Zoe Farrant. The scope of practice is huge and can be beneficial to riders of any age and ambition. Physiotherapists have a thorough understanding of biomechanics and the way the body works. Through systematic and objective assessments, Physiotherapists are able to determine areas of weakness or dysfunction and prescribe a management program to remedy this and ultimately enhance performance. The Riders Physio is passionate about helping riders to achieve their goals by assisting them to improve themselves, so that they are physically able to ride to their full potential. Physio for the Rider is for the rider (of any level) who:

* Would like a Physiotherapists advice on how to enhance their riding fitness/physical ability through thorough assessment and a targeted individualized program specific to them and their riding
* Is working on a positional or training problem that they would like a Physiotherapist to functionally and physically assess
* Experiences/is limited by pain whilst or after riding
* Is requiring rehabilitation following injury

Willinga Park CPEDI delivered high performance in every sense. Congratulations to all riders and their teams, the event organisers, the incredibly hard working Equestrian Australia crew and Equine Pathways for such a successful event at one of the most beautiful equestrian venues in the world.

Pleased to attend as this events Physiotherapist for Equestrian Australia as part of the impressive MDT supporting the High Performance Squad, working with the athletes and support staff to optimise preparation, manage recovery, and support performance under pressure. Really excited for several combinations, achieving qualifying scores and dancing so beautifully with their equine partners.

International competition highlights the importance of marginal gains — athlete health, load management, recovery strategies and calm ex*****on all matter.

Grateful to be part of a committed and driven team striving for excellence with an incredible group of athletes. Hope everyone has a safe journey home and ponies and people recover beautifully after such a huge effort.
