Give your child the gift of calm, creativity, and confidence!

Join us for a fun and engaging mindfulness experience designed especially for children.

In this free session, kids will explore:

✨ Mindful creativeness
🤸 Gentle movement
🌬️ Simple breathwork techniques
🧘 Guided meditation
💛 Tools for emotional awareness and self-regulation

Through play, imagination and relaxation, children will learn practical skills to manage big feelings, improve focus, and feel more at ease in their bodies and minds.

There is something truly beautiful that happens when a child feels proud of what they have created.

When they let go, go with the flow, and allow the paint to move freely - without trying to control it - something shifts.

They begin to accept the unexpected.

They notice how the colours blend.

They admire the drips, the swirls, the “mistakes” that become the most special parts of their art. (This is my favourite part)

As Evie said “I like going with the flow and mixing colours.”

In this space, they aren’t just creating.

🌈They are learning confidence.

🌈They are learning to embrace change.

🌈 Life long skills. It’s so important.
