Serving exceptional coffee with a purpose, the Cup of Kindness Café brews more than just beans; we are making a difference in the lives of people with a disability. The Cup of Kindness Café is a supportive workplace where people with a disability gain confidence, skills and meaningful employment. The Cup of Kindness Café is located on the main street of the Lake Macquarie suburb of Boolaroo. Open daily from 7am to 4pm, the café proudly serves locally roasted Crema Coffee Garage beans and Bondi Chai, alongside fresh, delicious food, all crafted with care by our incredible team of supported staff.

his role at our NDIS-funded café, Josh hasn’t just built job skills. He’s built confidence, independence, and the ability to plan for his future.

Every shift worked helped him save for something that is out of reach for so many: a trip to Japan 🇯🇵

Supported employment isn’t about “keeping busy.”
It’s about meaningful work, real wages, and real choice.

And sometimes… it looks like boarding a plane.✈️
