Bookings are open this week for healing sessions and booking into yoga classes.

Yoga starts Tuesday the 3rd of February in Boolarra. Running 2 classes !!! Yay

❤️ Hatha yoga Tuesday night $20
Starts 6pm - 7.30pm which will focuses on the flow of the breath with movement. Class will finish with pranayama and a deep relaxation.

❤️The Gentle Art Tuesday night $20
Starts 7.50pm - 8.50pm is designed to deepen your sense of self, align the mind with body. You will learn Slow gentle yoga, restorative, pranayama and traditional yoga meditation. Helping you to maintain a peaceful equilibrium in your life. This session will involve Mouna (sacred silence) to help deepen the experience.

Hari Aum beautiful yogis ❤️ I’m back from Vietnam. I explored the mountains, waterfalls and traditional villages in the north of Vietnam…. What an amazing and beautiful country.
Feeling grateful to be home though ☺️ 💕🧡💕
