Hello Beautiful,
If you have booked into our Full Moon Women's Retreat 13-16 February there's....
ONLY 10 more sleeps and I hope you’re starting to think about this retreat and what you’d like to get out of the experience.
The full moon opens up the opportunity to embrace the strong energy and light so as to find your pathway ‘home’. To be honest, I think you’re going to be able to drop in deeply, in the most loving way. So be prepared and ready to let go of the shackles that you’ve found yourself fastened to. Oh and everything is up to you, you can do as much or as little as you want :) Mind you ‘much' works really well on retreat :) 

We’ll be exploring some beautiful quiet practices, the meditation and pranayama practices will help you anchor and ground with your breath and give you tools to your own healing, ongoing. Some movement sequences that help to balance and energise as well as the quiet restorative practices in the afternoon. 

Sarah has some delicious nourishment in store for you, which always supports the work we do and inspire you to try new things in the kitchen. I know I always go home with a couple of ideas to try out on the family……..

Nourished Soul Sanctum has crafted this beautiful, weekend retreat for women. Celebrating the Full Moon, it's time to get away and have a little break in the company of women at all stages of life. Come and hang out in the wisdom that is inherent in women gathering together. After all, one of the greatest gifts of womankind is the ability to share, communicate and tell stories. The Full Moon is a time to tap into the fullness of life and explore the changing energy that is in and around you. One of the most beautiful aspects of these retreats is the special opportunity the Monastery offers us to be in the beauty and inevitability of nature. 

Megan will be leading the sessions, come and learn some new skills to stress less, laugh and have a break in a beautiful quiet space in the bush away from it all.

Sarah will be nurturing you all weekend with the best of the best food :) You will come away inspired, energised and feeling like you can take on the world with wisdom and grace.

Karen Jenkins offers beautiful relaxing massage (it's an add on) and you will receive details on how to book with her once you've booked in for the retreat.

Accomodation is rustic, most rooms have a single bed, however 3 rooms have queen beds and one room has 2 single beds. The bathrooms are shared. You will need to bring bed linen and a towel. You will receive more detailed instructions on what to bring, closer to the retreat.

Here's the thing, we are fishing for you to come to our Retreat in November....

This retreat is only one month away and even though we've had heaps of inquiries and intention setting, we are risking having to cancel.

SO, if you were thinking about it, if you said yes but just plain forgot, if you didn't realise it was nearly November,  🤦‍♀️ if you haven't read a Love Letter or Love Note in a while, then here is your 'BIG OLD REMINDER'

This Retreat is open to everyone, to support you in transition from spring to summer with grace and ease. Finding yourself at the end of a busy year you may be teetering on the edge of burn out and needing a little reminder that you're amazing. 

You may be working way too hard, caring for your family, whether it be babies, teenagers, adults or ageing parents and putting yourself last. It can be very difficult to take time out and remember that you 'too' need to nurture yourself. Sarah and I will use this time to share some of the best of the best ideas for self healing through the lens of yoga, whole food and lifestyle, without having to spend $ and suffer needlessly, ending up feeling depleted and defeated. We intend to set you up for success.

Sweet moments from our last retreat..😍💫✨️💖
We had such a great weekend at the gorgeous Turtle's Crossing near Forster and have spent this last week or so resting as much as possible between our family and work commitments. Starting to feel like we’re back in our own self care mode and landed. 

We know all too well it can be very difficult to take time out and remember that you 'too' need to nurture yourself.

The retreat includes all yoga, meditation, workshops and delicious and nutritious meals by Sarah.
